I am a teacher who is passionate about my subject as I have seen many people who struggle with confidence in maths.I want to restore self-esteem and help children and adults alike to achieve.

I try different ways of teaching until I find the right learning style for you.

I truly believe that when you accomplish your goals that it is empowering and can change your life. I want to be the person to help you do that.

I specialise in teaching children in Years 5 - 9
I also specialise in preparing children for the Entrance Tests 11+ and 13+

Availability: I am available for lessons during the week

Or for fast-track courses, consolidation or revision during school holidays.

Experience: I was Head of Mathematics at a Preparatory school for 5 years and taught children in Years 5 & 6
I was responsible for the curriculum, planning, maths CPD and assessment
As well as preparing pupils for the 11+ exams / SATs in Y6

I am also secondary trained and particularly enjoy teaching Years 7 - 9 and preparing pupils for the 13+

Previous to these roles I was the Skills for Life maths coordinator for Cambridgeshire Library Learning Services which was supporting online maths learning up to and including Level 2 (GCSE equivalent)
