I am an enthusiastic and creative educator and I have been employed as a teacher for almost 35 years. I have taught chemistry in a variety of schools both in the UK and abroad. I now work part-time for St.Clares, Oxford where I am the Director of the IB Institute. My role involves the organisation of revision courses for students as well as training courses for teachers. I normally take on up to about about 10 -15 GCSE, AS, A2 or IB students each year as I love chemistry and find the process of sharing it with others thoroughly rewarding.

Availability: Flexible - Weekdays 9.00 - 20.00 except Wednesday.

Experience: I have almost 35 years` experience teaching chemistry at GCSE, AS, and A2 as well as Higher and Standard Level IB. I have written GCSE chemistry texts for Pearson and Nelson Thornes and I was a content author for the New Media Multimedia Science School 16-18 project. I have been the Head of Science in two different schools.
