My name is David, I have been teaching piano for 12 years and have graduated from the Birmingham Conservatoire, my teachers are the famous pianists Philip Martin and Katya Apekisheva. You could have lessons in an office I rent in Worcester city centre or alternatively i can come to your house.

My approach to tuition is very flexible, according to the students specific needs. I cover all boards of examinations including ABRSM, Trinity and LCM up to grade 8 and ABRSM Diploma and Licentiate (LRSM) levels. My teaching incorporates all necessary skills for musicianship including theory, aural, improvisation, composition, repertoire, history of the piano and composers. I believe that piano study should be a very enjoyable experience, to explore the world of music and everything the piano repertoire has to offer. On the other hand if you just want to learn on a casual basis, just some songs to learn and play then please do not hesitate to get in touch, I cater for all needs professional and amateur.

I do home visits currently in these locations: Birmingham (and suburbs), Belbroughton, Tibberton, Droitwich, Worcester and Malvern.

Willing to travel: 30 miles

Experience: 12 years, privately, in primary schools, high schools, through the county council and Yamaha.
