I can prepare pupils for SAT exams using a range of techniques. I initially assess the areas needing support and find any gaps in learning. I use past papers and SAT questions as well as recent developments in techniques for solving problems and retaining information. I have a mixture of games, interactive technology and direct teaching. All of which are multi-sensory enjoyable and challenging, which can be personalised to suit the pupil. Welcome to my tutoring page. I have a broad range of tutoring skills for you to utilise.
Firstly I am a friendly and highly successful tutor and teacher with a long career in schools as well as in private tuition.
My specialist areas include working with students with a range of learning styles and being highly adaptable to your needs.
Since 2000 I have combined teaching and tutoring as an EFL tutor and primary tutor.
I tutor GCSE AQA
11+ and all primary subjects
I can offer proficient study skills support and business English for second language students.
Since 2015 I have been studying special needs and can also support adult learners with a range of neurodiversity.

Availability: I am available some afternoons, evenings and weekends for online tutoring or for one to one tutoring at my home.

Experience: I have 22 years teaching experience in Primary schools. I have worked in every age range in mainstream school as well as with special needs such as Autism, Dyslexia Dyspraxia and ADHD. I have also tutored 11+., GCSE and Sat prep. I have worked in the senior leadership school in a primary school and taught all subjects. I have been described by OFSTED as `very good` and have had consistently good with elements of outstanding feedback during my recent reviews.
I have successfully tutored online and je groups during covid at primary secondary and adult levels
