Olubunmi

I am a graduate with a 2:1 (Hons) in BSc Degree in Mathematics and Statistics form Queen Mary University of London. Before this I attended St Francis Xavier 6h Form College, achieving A levels in Maths, Further Maths, Biology and Chemistry. I currently work as a Maths Teacher at a local secondary school so am available for the next year to teach up to A level Maths. I am very flexible with hours and can tailor my teaching to the specific needs of each student. I am friendly and enthusiastic about these subjects, and I look forward to seeing the students achieve.

Experience: I have experience in one-to-one tuition as well as experience in the classroom.

I believe effective tuition requires one to tailor the style of approach to the specific needs of the tutee. Everyone is different, so it`s a matter for the tutor to identify just how the student would be most receptive to the information being imparted. Whether it`s a matter of building confidence in the subject, or approaching a certain concept from a different angle, I believe that one should tailor the method of teaching to the specific needs of the one being taught.
