I have been in education most of my life and have had a range of experiences. My passion is to enable and inspire you to find the best routes and ways for you to produce your best work.
I offer patient, friendly &constructive support in working on your study skills in any subject, composition of your work or English.
I also speak Spanish, French and a bit of Thai!

Availability: Available most days in the evening during term time, at variable times over school / college holiday periods and on some weekends, mostly during the day.

Willing to travel: 15 miles

Experience: I currently teach and coordinate courses in Tourism and Hospitality at Foundation and Degree level in a language school and am also a tutor of English for Academic Purposes and IELTS.
I offer Study Skills and Support for college and university students of all abilities as well as lessons to improve English for university study and work. This last year I had several students working on assignments and dissertations at the local university. I have enjoyed working with students from many different countries, but I also help English students who also need to work on their language and study skills!
I have a lot of experience in teaching and tutoring English as a Foreign Language, teaching courses such as IELTS in preparation for university. I have also taught and tutored abroad in Thailand and Mexico.

In addition to my teaching I have a lot of work experience in hospitality and tourism.
