Hi my name is Anne and I live in Lincolnshire UK . I was a practising qualified property lawyer for many years but now specialise in teaching and training

I am an experienced and enthusiastic tutor. I am caring and patient and it matters to me that you pass your exam first time. I believe in lifelong learning and that that anyone can learn and be successful whatever their age. I am here to help you be confident in your subject, be confident in the exam room and pass first time whether it be A level , LPC or masters degree.

As I am a qualified property lawyer. I specialise in property law subjects such as land law Conveyancing, Landlord and Tenant and also the English Legal system.
I also teach Probate and Wills and Administration of Estate - and accounts, the modules required by SQA who administer the examinations for the Council for licenced Conveyancer and Cilex examinations.
I presently teach Cilex level 3 and 6 in Conveyancing, landlord and Tenant. Probate and Wills an succession for an online training firm.

I have taught A level law and English lit in Colleges in Northamptonshire for many years as well as to private students with a very good success rate I have taught both the criminal law and contract options of A level law. I also teach English Language at GCSE level and music theory to Grade 5



I have experience of college teaching, distance learning for CIlex and Open University and private tutoring.

I am experienced in on line tuition such as zoom and go to meetings and have spent the last six years working as assessor and verifier for an on -line law training firm

I have had many years working in a legal practice and latterly teaching both in college and distance learning so I can understand the problems of studying and working at the same time.

Availability: Daytime and evenings and weekend. Anytime by arrangement I am happy to teach online through Tutorhunt by way of zoom teams or emails as well as face to face tuition. I am situated near Skegness in the lovely County of Lincolnshire and can travel up to 10 miles if face to face tuition is preferred
