Information about Andrew
I have 18 years experience as a Primary Classroom Teacher and, since September 2011 have been developing a growing home tutoring network, providing targeted learning support to children of all ages, developing and motivating them in the areas of literacy and numeracy, as well as preparation for the Kent Test (formerly the 11+).
My teaching style is simple. I talk to the children and tailor the sessions to their specific needs and interests.
I have also provided GCSE maths support, carrying out one to one and group learning sessions, both in the home and through Skype sessions.
I am interested in financial education for children and am the author and illustrator of a series of Financial Education story books which are now used extensively in primary schools throughout England and Wales.
Availability: During term time I usually tutor between 3.30 and 7.30 but am free all day for children who are being home educated.
Willing to travel: 15 miles
