Andy has been very accommodating and flexible with the times and days that he can tutor our daughter in A level chemistry. He has proved an excellent and patient teacher and my daughter is finding his teaching invaluable.

Andrew completed a course for us for 5 students for an intensive revision course at his A level rates over 18 hours this Easter, but unfortunately the feedback was mixed from the students who attended. 2-3 students felt the course was beneficial or reasonably beneficial, and the other two felt that they did not benefit from it at all, in their words.
As Andrew is a Head of Chemistry/Science, I had not expected negative feedback, and perhaps this is unfair, however I can only go by what the students tell me. In the light of this, I am having to provide replacement courses at my own expense for 2 of the students for what they felt was an unproductive course despite paying Andrew more for his work than any other tutor who helped this Easter.
I know that Andrew feels he did his best and was not very pleased with us as an organisation, but I have not had negative feedback from any other tutors and felt we did our best to support Andrew in what must have been a complex task, providing tuition to a range of abilities with mixed syllabi.
