Experience: Main subject Geography (20 years teaching experience including A level, GCSE/IGCSE and KS3) in independent and state schools. Experience of teaching GCSE Geology, English, Biology and History, and A level Geology and Sociology, as well as EPQ. Excellent record of results at GCSE/IGCSE, A level and successful placement of A level students at Russell Group universities, including Oxbridge. Also experience of working as a consultant geologist, including offshore work. Continued interest in research field (Palaeontology) including ongoing publications record. Fifteen years` experience of advising students with university applications, including personal statements, and experience of university level tuition in Geography and Geology(undergraduate) and Palaeontology (postgraduate).
