I am a Piano and Music Theory teacher based in Penylan, Cardiff. I hold both a BA and MA degree from Cardiff University.

I have been teaching for 12 years and currently hold a 100% pass rate in The Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music exams. I teach up to grade 8 in Piano and provide lessons just in Music Theory or Aural Tests for pupils whose teachers do not teach theory or for those who need extra support with Aural Tests.

I have a Diploma (DipABRSM) in Piano performance, grade 8 in both Drum Kit and Orchestral Percussion and hold grade 5 in Music Theory. I have a full and enhanced CRB check.

I teach from home.

Experience: 18 years experience teaching Piano and Drum Kit to children and adults ranging in age from 6- 65. I have extensive experience in playing Orchestral Percussion and Drum Kit in County Orchestras, Brass Bands and Percussion classes and have played with professional choirs and Orchestras including the WNO. I am a regular drummer with solo artist El Parisa and have been playing Drum Kit live and in the studio for several bands for fifteen years.
