Information about Sorcha
I am a friendly, innovative teacher with seven years experience teaching KS3, GCSE and A Level Mathematics. I have taught all abilities and I am able to adapt my teaching styles to suit your child and help them reach their full potential and make excellent progress!
My other subject specialisms are Science, English and History.
Availability: Weekdays after school from 4pm onwards.
Weekends anytime.
Willing to travel: 10 miles
Experience: I am a full qualified Mathematics teacher with 7 years experience. I currently teach in one of Liverpool`s best schools, and I teach all ages 11-18. I have A*`s in Maths GCSE, Further Maths GCSE, Maths A Level and Further Maths A Level. I also have a degree in Mathematics and also a PGDE in Mathematics Education.

Sorcha has only done few sessions with our son so far, but she was immediately in control and made excellent bonding from day 1. Our son has many learning difficulties and she has managed to make him confident in his learning and to engage with tasks, in which he is usually very reluctant. So far, we are extremely pleased to have found Sorcha.

Sorcha has been tutoring my Son for maths AS level since beginning of this year; she has the skills and knowledge to explain and teach in this subject. She is quite flexible, we have had no issues or problems either with her tutoring or with the timings. I would recommend her any day.
