I am a highly qualified, Geography teacher, holding a degree in Environmental Health and Earth in Crisis. I have taught at a school in London which was labelled as `Outstanding` and a `Good` school in Teignbridge teaching geography at KS3, KS4 and KS5.
I have developed a wealth of experience and knowledge in my subject areas and am able to deliver the accurate and detailed information to students in a simple and memorable method.
When I completed my PGCE in Geography in 2021 it has further equipped me with strategies and techniques to help students develop a thorough subject knowledge and confidence in achieving their goals. As a result of my teaching experience, I have an up-to-date knowledge of my subjects and my approach can be adapted to students of all ages and backgrounds.
I am a passionate, engaging and committed tutor with a high success rate and ability to motivate students.

During my time off I like to take my dog for a walk, referee, contribute within the local community through food shelters and also online through SHOUT a mental health charity.

Experience: Having studied a degree in Environmental Health and Earth in Crisis I have sound knowledge of geographical backgrounds. I have continued to further my learning whilst training and qualifying as a geography teacher. I have taught at an `Outstanding` school in London and this allowed myself to achieve results for pupils within the geography a grade above then expected. A pupil in my class with a predicted grade of 4 when I arrived at the school achieved a 9 when it came to results day. I have great knowledge across mainly the AQA specification through Physical, Human and Geographical skills knowledge.

I allow pupils to understand exam questions through the importance of command words and also what examiners are looking for. Having worked as an examiner for AQA.
