Hannah

Hannah is a charismatic, well-organised individual who is very focused and committed to achieving a career in music.

During school she was a part of the A-Capella World Music Group `[contact detail removed]` where she performed regularly and attended summer singing camps.

For three years she performed in the rock band [contact detail removed] in which she developed her electric guitar skills as rhythm guitarist, playing many big venues including Carling academies around the UK.

Hannah studied a two-year Access To Music Advanced Diploma course at college where she received Three A-Levels and Rock School Grade Eight Equivalents in Guitar Skills. She attended the Music Educator Programme in 2008 to gain the first stage of a music teacher’s qualification – PTLLS (Preparing to teach in the life-long learning sector) at Level Four.

Hannah holds a BA (Honours) Degree in Music Technology and Popular Music where she engaged with many areas of music from Group Performances (Improvisation, covers and original songs), use of Recording Technology (Pro Tools/Logic), Music for Film, Live Sound Engineering, Musicology, Music Business and Music Workshops.

She Fronted Melodic Metal band [contact detail removed], in which she played lead guitars and sang for 12 years.[contact detail removed] The band performed regularly across the UK, gracing the stage at the likes of Bloodstock Open Air, HRH Metal, Hammerfest Wales, Wizzfest in Belgium and more. WS released three full length albums between 2008 to 2020.

Hannah holds a PGCE PCE for Further Education.

Hannah has a grade 8 on electric guitar from RSL.

Hannah has been teaching guitar, bass and vocals privately for seven years now. She has worked lecturing at various institutions across the West Midlands, on level 3, 4, 5 and 6 programmes.

Currently she works for local companies providing instrumental lessons at pirmary schools across the West Midlands and Worcestershire region.

Availability: Week days between 10am to 9pm (typically):

Monday 3:30pm to 8pm
Tuesday 3:30pm to 8pm
Wednesday 1pm to 6:30pm
Thursday 1pm to 8pm

Experience: Seven years private teaching experience on guitar, bass, vocals and ukulele.

Hannah holds a full CRB, PGCE, BA (Hons), and presently works at local studios Base Studios alongside running her private tuition. Hannah has longstanding students, who have been attending 2-3+ years, who have gone on to successfully complete gradings, and join bands, whilst still attending lessons.
