one to one tution gives student chance to develop confidence and ask questions that they wouldn`t be comfortable asking in a classroom setting.
i am a retail manager but i love teaching students as part time as that gives me time to spend time with young generation and transfer my knowledge to best of my ability to our future.
Everybody learns different ideas at different time at different paces and as a tutor that is the core i understand. My teaching style is coaching and demonstrative, i do explain the student what they do not understand however i do try to understand how much their concentration skill is and how much they can take in one sitting, I am able to identify the strengths and weakness and help them on working their weakness and promoting the strengths.
