Charlotte

Hi! My name is Charlotte, and I am 19 years old and I am currently on a year off between finishing my A-Levels and starting university. I am comfortable with the subjects of Chemistry and Biology in regards to teaching them, which I can communicate in a number of ways depending on the learning style of an individual. I understand the importance of using past exam questions in revision, both as a way to revise and understand content, and to understand the wording which examiners are looking for. I am also comfortable teaching certain areas of History, and I am confident at planning and writing essays. I understand the importance of repetition in learning to ensure that content is well understood and memorised. As someone who has recently finished A-Levels I am aware of the stress that they can cause, and I am well-equipped to deal with the stress and provide routes of studying which help to alleviate this stress and lead to greater confidence with the material of a course.

Experience: I recieved 3 A-Levels at grades of AAA in biology, chemistry and history in the summer of 2024. I recieved 10 GCSE`s in the summer of 2022 of which 6 are grade 9, including chemistry, biology, history, english language and english literature. I have experience in both waitressing and childcare, and I have therefore developed good communication skills.
