As a professional singer, I have built up experience and knowledge which I use to deliver fun, educational and progressive sessions with students of all ages and abilities.

- Which subject(s) do you teach?

With a performance and academic background, I offer tuition in singing (classical, musical theatre, and pop), music theory, oboe, and curriculum music content. I believe that performance skills and technical understanding are equally important and know that tuition is not only a great way to improve your musical skill set, but also develop self confidence and focus in other areas too.

- Tell me about your qualifications.

I read Music at The University of Nottingham, McGill University in Montreal, and at the Royal Northern College of Music Junior Department. Whilst studying, I performed in, and directed, choral music, theatre, opera, and musical theatre productions.

- How much do you charge?

I charge £40/hr which includes travel expenses

- Where do you teach?

I live in Lewisham and am happy to travel around London. I can teach either at my home or at students` houses.

- When are you available?

As a freelance singer, my schedule changes week to week but I try to keep tuition as regular as possible. Do get in touch for further details- I`m sure we can sort something out!

- Which ages and levels do you teach?

I teach any age from primary schools pupils through to experienced adults, catering for each pupil`s individual needs.

Experience: - What kind of experience do you have?

Through work with the London-based a cappella quintet Apollo5, I deliver workshops and performances across the country and abroad with people of all ages from early years through to corporate sessions. I have acted as a vocal coach on various theatre productions around London, have worked as Musical Director of St Alfege Youth Choir in Greenwich, and have also worked as a music tutor with the National Youth Choirs of Great Britain and London Youth Choir. I have experience teaching both one on one lessons and group sessions, both in schools and privately.
