I am a design and IT specialist with my own design and IT business, offering training for PC and Mac users in both the home or office as well as online. I also give tuition about using iPad and Android tablets. I enjoy helping people to learn about new technology, especially when I can see that it will make a real difference to their independence and their ability to be connected to family or friends. I also teach professionals getting to grips with design and office applications.

Availability: Normal working hours, plus evenings and weekends by appointment.

Willing to travel: 30 miles

Experience: I trained as a graphic designer, and worked in publishing both as a senior designer and a freelancer. Since 1996 I have also been an IT consultant giving support and training to Mac and PC users, helping them get to grips with using software at every level, beginner to advanced. Recently I have developed a course for iPad beginners that I deliver to groups and individually in local retirement homes.
