I am currently a third year medical student with a BSc in Biomedical science and a strong background in science and maths.I have over 2 years worth of online tutoring experience in Maths, Biology and UCAT ranging from GCSE level to A-level alongside experience working with children ages reception to year 6, alongside experience supporting KS3 and GCSE children in science and maths work. I also have over 2 years experience as a student mentor during both of my degrees, providing academic, emotional and social support to students.

Experience: I have over 2 years worth of online tutoring experience in Maths, Biology and UCAT ranging from GCSE to A-level, alongside experience working within a primary school supporting KS1 and KS2 children as well as experience tutoring and providing maths and literacy support to year 7 and year 8 children. Great tutor for my daughter, she was struggling with certain aspects of her Maths but Carys listened and put together lessons to help. Always happy and willing to listen and go over and over the same problems till my daughter got it right. Always on time with her planned lessons and would accommodate any changes no matter how close it was to the original planned lesson. Would 100% recommend to anyone else.

Really pleased with the service provided by the website and tutor during preparations for GCSE exams. Carys has been brilliant and helped to build confidence for the higher exam papers. Her approach and style have created a positive tutor/ student remote working environment. Would highly recommend!

My son enjoyed his lessons with Carys although he was quite nervous and worried about his UCATs. She gave him advice and support when he was working very hard. This helped keep him calm and focused. He progressed a lot and in the end he did very well.
