I am currently a third year medical student with a BSc in Biomedical science and a strong background in science and maths.I have over 1 years worth of online tutoring experience in Maths, Biology and UCAT ranging from GCSE level to A-level alongside experience working with children ages reception to year 6, alongside experience supporting KS3 and GCSE children in science and maths work. I also have over 2 years experience as a student mentor during both of my degrees, providing academic, emotional and social support to first year students.

Experience: I have over 1 years worth of online tutoring experience in Maths, Biology and UCAT ranging from GCSE to A-level, alongside experience working within a primary school supporting KS1 and KS2 children as well as experience tutoring and providing maths and literacy support to year 7 and year 8 children. Carys is an excellent tutor who has helped our daughter with her UCAT. We would be looking to use Carys again for A Level Biology. We were more than happy with Carys , more importantly so was our daughter who didnt initially want a tutor but clicked with Carys.

Carys has been tutoring my son in Biology for a few months now and is an excellent tutor . She puts a lot of effort and hard work into planning and preparing her lessons so they meet my sons needs. Carys lessons are engaging and she uses a variety of resources. to help my son learn the course content units . She always keeps in touch for feedback and open to suggestions. It’s a pleasure to have Carys teaching my son and we are so grateful for all her support. Would highly recommend.
