After completing my Biology degree at the University of Southampton, I applied to study at King`s College, London. I have always been a conscientious student, and work incredibly hard. Given the years of full time study I have experienced, I am familiar with various revision tools and techniques, which I share with my students.

Availability: As I am on placement in Central London, I can tutor within London on weeknights normally. otherwise, weekends tend to work better generally if I am travelling to sessions, however I would also be free most evenings to tutor over Skype if needed.

Experience: Having studied Biology and Chemistry at A Level (with Physics at AS), and having completed a Biology degree, I am very comfortable with the sciences. I have studied German at A Level, and received a first in German as an elective module during my Biology degree, so I am also able to teach German up to A Level.

Having had previous experience helping students with proofreading and academic reading, I can also help with degree level scientific essays and dissertations, both in terms of structure and content. This can be done over email if required and I can discuss the feedback with students over Skype. For proofreading my rate is £10.00 per 1000 words.

I am also able to offer guidance on the UKCAT Medicine Entry Exam for those who require it. I achieved a score of 3200 across the four sections, and Band 1 on the situational judgement scenarios. For those applying to Medicine, I am also more than happy to offer my services with regard to reading over personal statements and providing feedback, in addition to giving mock interviews.
