Hi, I am an aspiring academic with 3 years of experience in the Management Consulting sector. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance and Economics. I have studied Accounting, English Literature and Mathematics up to A-level and Economics up to degree level achieving the highest grades at all respective stages. I am currently studying for my Masters in International Political Economics with a view to pursue a PhD going forward. All of these subjects have been very recently studied by myself which ensures that I understand the curriculum, my knowledge is fresh and I also have proven effective methods to help students learn. With regards to English as a foreign language, it would be worth mentioning that I am a native speaker who also frequently writes/edits articles for online websites. This requires excellent grammar. I have also taught internationally to students in private schools with no foundational knowledge of the language.

Experience: Teaching experience- Throughout my A-level years, I regularly tutored other students, many of which were in the same year of study as myself. Prior to this, I taught Maths and English to kids from 6-18 years of age at a private educational institute. This range of experience with various age groups demonstrates an ability to relate to all groups of students. I particularly feel that Students who are studying for the GCSEs and A-levels are more comfortable studying with myself and relate to my methods of teaching far better than they would for someone of a different bracket. I further tutored Economics, Mathematics and English literature up to A-level during my university years. After graduating I began to teach Economics and Accounting to University and private students studying for the ACCA/ACA qualification. I am able to this as I am a part qualified Chartered Accountant in addition to holding an Accounting A-level, degree and experience for the largest financial services firm in the world.
