I am an energetic Chemistry graduate from the University of Warwick and current Finance and Management student at the University of York. I am very passionate about maths and sciences. I strive to make every single one of my lessons engaging and fun by tailoring the material and my teaching methods to the student`s needs.

I started tutoring during my Bachelor`s degree, which is when I discovered my passion for teaching. Since then, I have delivered over 320 hours of one-to-one tutorial sessions. Having studied Education Theory alongside my Bachelor`s degree and accumulated extensive tutoring experience, I consistently plan engaging lessons for my private tutoring clients.

I have been a very successful student throughout my years in academia, achieving A*s in Chemistry, Biology, Maths and Physics at GCSE level, 6s and 7s in Chemistry, Biology and Maths at IB (A-Level equivalent) and a high 2:1 at university.

My experience has given me an excellent knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum and the necessary teaching skills to help you overcome any difficulties and achieve the results you want.

My students routinely report improved test and exam grades in both Maths and Science, and several of them have reported being moved up to a higher set in both subjects. I am particularly interested in developing my students` problem-solving skills and broader contextual awareness of the topics to ensure that they are not simply answering exam questions but are gaining a deep understanding of the subject.
