Better GCSE maths grades open doors to sixth form, apprenticeships and university. I target weak spots that stand in the way of exam success, using analytical skills from my MSc in Computer Science and years as a software engineer.
Availability: Online sessions:
Mon to Thu 13:00–20:00, Fri 16:00–19:00 and Sat to Sun 14:00–19:00

Experience: I work one-to-one to build understanding that lasts, using past papers and modern approaches so students can rely on their knowledge under exam conditions. I`ve supported several students through GCSE maths, and parents describe me as professional, patient and adaptable. I draw on Craig Barton`s research-based principles (including cognitive load theory) to reduce overload and make learning stick. I hold an Enhanced DBS certificate (renewed Sep 2025, verifiable on request).

Fabrice has been a fantastic maths tutor for my son. He is extremely patient, clear in his explanations, and has a calm teaching style that really helps Idris feel more comfortable with the subject. Maths has not always been easy for my son, but Fabrice takes the time to break concepts down step by step and makes sure he truly understands before moving on. What I appreciate most is how encouraging he is, he builds confidence as well as knowledge. My son looks forward to his sessions and is becoming more willing to engage with maths, which is something we struggled with before. Fabrice is reliable, professional, and clearly very dedicated to helping his students succeed. I would highly recommend Fabrice to any parent looking for a supportive and effective maths tutor.

We are really pleased with Fabrice. My son said he feels his confidence is building in Maths. So much so that he`s now answering questions during his Maths lessons at school. My son is relaxed during Fabrice`s sessions, and engages well. My son now looks forward to his Maths lessons at school, this was not the case before the tutoring started! This was an excellent tutor and student match.
