I’m a qualified maths teacher (QTS) with over 8 years of combined classroom and private tutoring experience, specialising in GCSE maths at Foundation and Higher level with the ability to teach KS3 maths as well.

I offer three types of sessions to suit different needs:

1-to-1 Private Tuition — fully personalised sessions built entirely around your child’s gaps, pace and exam board. Ideal for students who need focused, individual attention to move their grade.

Small Group Tutoring — online sessions capped at just 6 students, giving every child genuine attention at a fraction of the cost of 1-to-1. Structured, progressive sessions covering the full GCSE curriculum across Foundation and Higher tiers.

Online Homeschool Maths — live online sessions for home educated students at KS3 and KS4 level, running on weekday mornings. Small groups of no more than 4 students, with a clear curriculum, weekly homework, and regular progress updates.

All sessions are delivered online via Zoom with an interactive whiteboard, and are available to students anywhere in the UK.

I cover AQA, Edexcel and OCR exam boards.
My approach is simple — I teach maths in a way that actually makes sense, using methods that build lasting understanding rather than short-term cramming.

Experience: have over 8 years of combined experience in maths education — 4+ years as a qualified secondary school teacher and 4+ years as a private tutor.

As a classroom teacher I delivered GCSE maths to mixed-ability groups across Key Stages 3 and 4, giving me a deep understanding of the curriculum, common misconceptions, and exactly what examiners are looking for.

I have experience teaching across AQA, Edexcel and OCR.

Alongside my teaching career I have tutored students privately at Foundation and Higher level, helping students move up multiple grade boundaries through structured, targeted sessions.

I also run Academy — an online tutoring programme offering small group GCSE sessions and homeschool maths support for KS3 and KS4 students.

I hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and PGCE and I am passionate about making maths accessible, understandable and, where possible, enjoyable for every student I work with.
