I am a Cambridge graduate with 5 years of experience of maths and science tuition and a real passion for teaching and for learning myself. The tuition I offer goes beyond simply helping students to just pass exams. I aim to offer well-rounded and bespoke tuition to each of my students as every student is unique and deserves to be treated as such.
Working as a tutor offers a highly rewarding and challenging workplace and I am always working to adapt and improve the service I offer. I believe communication is key to success and as such I ensure to speak with both students and parents before starting tuition to ensure all parties know what targets are expected for the work being carried out.

Availability: I have slots available during weeknights (5-10pm) and some weekends. Please enquire for more details. I also offer booster revision courses during the holidays.

Experience: I have been working for the last 5 years as a professional tutor for all maths and science subjects from KS2 up to A level standard. This experience ranges from teaching anything from one-to-one classes all the way up to classes of 40 students.
I also work with students looking to complete their IELTS and TOEFL qualifications and I have benefitted from teaching abroad with students working solely in their second language.
Having studied and worked as an access and admissions officer, I have gained a useful insight into the process of Oxbridge applications and I offer a service to mentor students during their university applications, whether they are at Oxbridge or otherwise. This assistance can include personal statement writing, interview preparations and additional reading.
