HI I`m Kathy. I have a passion for helping learners who lack confidence and/or who are falling behind in their Maths and risk not achieving their goals for school, life, work or further study. So whether you are looking to pass your GCSE, go to university, improve your employment/career prospects or simply increase your confidence, I believe I can help.
Learners say I`m approachable, encouraging, patient and a good listener - but I will always try to get you to work things out for yourself where possible!

Experience: I am a retired Maths Teacher with 20 years` experience in Further Education and Adult Education. I have successfully taught Functional Skills and GCSE Maths (Foundation Level) to students aged 16 to 70+, including lots of experience with ESOL learners and those who experience difficulties such as Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, ADHD, ASD and Maths Anxiety.
