I’m Hannah, a Third Year English Literature student at the University of Exeter. My particular interests lie in 16th and 17th Century theatrical cultures, so I especially look forward to expanding your critical approaches to Shakespearian texts. Having been in your position just a couple of years ago, I completely understand and empathise with the stress and burden of exams, and therefore hope that through these sessions we are able to work together on building your confidence and skill sets.

English can seem like a daunting subject as there is no standard answer, however my aim when tutoring is to demonstrate the advantages of this and help you develop your creative abilities. Every student deserves to reach their full potential, and I’m here to aid you every step along the way. From exam revision techniques to those niche areas you may be struggling with, I’m offering uniquely tailored sessions that work best for your preferred learning style. I can introduce you to various learning resources and platforms that I myself have used to equip you with a selection of revision materials and help us find what works best for you. I hope to create an open, judgement-free learning environment with no ‘silly questions’, to help you develop a love for learning. I look forward to hearing from you!
