I love the German language and love helping others to learn it too. I have a BA in German and Russian from Leeds University and have lived in Hamburg in Germany. Other languages I speak include French and Bulgarian. I have worked in marketing and communications for most of my career and came to teaching after running several media and events companies.

I have taught German and French in UK schools to GCSE level and am currently a teacher at a British School in a European capital, where I teach grades 6 to 10 up to iGCSE.

I am a friendly and outgoing person with an easygoing nature and believe that language learning should be fun and motivating. I try to include games and competition in my lessons, even when they are one to one. I have experience teaching different levels and abilities and identifying my students` individual needs in order to ensure progress.

Availability: I am available for evening and weekend lessons.

Experience: Qualified German teacher, experienced teaching in UK schools, beginners to GCSE, as well as adults. I also have several years experience teaching English as a foreign language.
