I live on the south coast near Folkestone and work in North London - Hamstead region. I am able to teach in person and also online if that is preferred.

Availability: I am available in the evenings from 7.30 during term time and weekends from 9.00 until 5.00. In addition during the holidays I can tutor between 9.00am and 8.00pm weekdays.

Experience: I have been teaching Science since 1990. My subjects are Biology, Chemistry and Physics to GCSE and Chemistry and Biology to A level. I am currently Head of Science and have held this position for 14 years. Prior to this I was Head of Biology for 6 years. Most of the schools I have taught in have been prestigious independent schools with high academic standards and many oxbridge applicants. Outside of school teaching, I have been Team leader for AQA A level Biology, a marker for AQA Biology A level and a moderator for OCR A level Biology course work. In my current school I have taught Chemistry to A level for the last 9 years. I have tutor experience of a wide range of private pupils from Foundation level GCSE pupils to high flying A level students.
