Sunita

My name is Sunita and I`ve been teaching since 2012. Many years ago, I graduated with a law degree, but discovered a real desire for teaching when I had and taught my own children. I`m often told by my family, friends and colleagues, that I am really calm and patient. I enjoy using humour and creativity where I can. My key strength is my ability to built rapport and form positive connections with pupils and others I come in contact with. Being multi-lingual has enabled me to support a wide-range of pupils and has been particularly beneficial when working with EAL pupils.
I have undergone all relevant checks and am on the updated DBS system.

Willing to travel: 15 miles

Experience: I have had some great opportunities to work with pupils, in many different schools and settings, from nursery all the way through to secondary school.
I am primary school trained and have planned, taught and delivered lessons with age-related requirements, in line with the National Curriculum. I have had the opportunity to teach on a 1:1 basis as well as having small group interventions in Maths and English.
My real passion is teaching English, which was my specialism at university. Consequently, my recent role was that of an English teacher at a
secondary school, where I taught both ks3 and ks4 pupils.
