My name is Sophie. I live in Manchester, England. I enjoy teaching, travelling and going to the gym.

Experience: Since graduating in 2014 I have travelled to Ghana as part of a volunteering scheme where I taught in their local schools. I studied for a PGCE in 2017 and taught across KS1 and KS2. Last year I gained my TEFL qualification and more recently I have been teaching English as a foreign language to adults. My parents were foster careers for a number of years and I taught children from various backgrounds whilst they were under our care. I am passionate about education and really want to make a difference to people’s learning experiences so they open themselves up to opportunities.
