Hello! I’m Becky, and I’m on a mission to ignite a lifelong love of learning in every student I work with. I am an enthusiastic primary teacher and have been teaching for 8 years as well as working with younger children at college. Having worked with children for the past 13 years. I have an astute knowledge of not only teaching children, but how they learn best.

Experience: Working with children and helping them feel more confident during lessons is really important for me as a teacher. I love to be creative when teaching and I ensure progress is made by knowing my pupils right from the beginning. I have experience working with SEN and take great pride in watching them flourish with much needed 1-2-1 support.

I love expanding young minds and helping children reach their full potential, whilst being supportive, approachable and adaptable. I work closely with parents and carers to create a support network that ensures every child feels valued, respected, and included.

I am able to tailor tutoring schemes to individual children in order to get the best out of them and help them towards achieving their goals.

I have prepared children for Year 1 Phonics Screening Checks, year 4 Multiplication Check and Year 6 SATS.

I am available most evenings after school and most weekends.
