I am a vibrant and dedicated young medical Doctor with 12 years of active practice and also 4 years of online teaching experience. I have thought student at basic medical, preclinical and clinical sciences levels which has cut across both student both indigenous country and international undergraduates. I am very committed and passionate about teaching.

Availability: I am available on weekends and few days of the week.

Experience: I graduated with bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of surgery (MBBS, Ibadan, 2012) from one of the best medical school in Nigeria (College Of Medicine, University Of Ibadan) and I owe a master`s degree in Health Management (MHM, 2020) from ATBU, Bauchi State, Nigeria. I have been exposed to management of acute and chronic medical cases since over ten (10) years of clinical practice. I have worked in several department which include Accident and Emergency, Surgery, Medicine, Pediatrics, Radiology, Obstetrics and Gynaecology and i have thought on different platform. I have also worked as part of the on-call team and both supervised and unsupervised in the medical wards and accident and emergency, managing medical emergencies alongside with other colleagues. I have practice medicine in my home country for 10 years and have been doing so in different medicine sub specialties which include
Acute medicine, Trauma, Emergency medicine and radiology and also with my two years in the UK i have gained experienced in the management of palliative patients.

Through out the course of my medical practice I have gained practical experience in NG Tube insertion, incision and drainage, wound suturing and management, and excellent use of ultrasound machine and other radiological equipments to evaluation patients. I am quite proficient and experienced in the above listed procedures having acquired the skills in my ten (10) years of clinical practice.
At the moment, I am working as a ER clinical lead at Tomade medical Centre, Ogun State, Nigeria from 2023 till present.

Working in the ER and and my experience as ER clinical lead automatically makes me the first on call and has granted me with the opportunity to equip myself with the earlier mentioned practical skills, and in addition, been able to have good basic radiological skills, resuscitation, blood transfusion, nebulization, ABG sample collection and analysis, and interpretation of ECG.
I have no UK experience in practice however I have a very fast learning skills and I work independently in practice and involve my seniors when the need arises. With these, I am hoping to adapt almost immediately if given the opportunity to work in your prestigious organization. I am able to categorize workload and know when to reach out for senior advice and support where necessary.

I have very good time management skills and know how to achieve a work-life balance despite a heavy workload. I am able to work with teams of diverse individuals to bring about the best possible
outcome for patients and have good interpersonal skills among colleagues and patients while maintaining professionalism and patient confidentiality.
I have read about principles of Good Medical Practice and it has exposed me to working in the NHS and also i have attend a workshop tagged `Welcome to UK practice` organized by the General medical council. I have full GMC registration with a license to practice.

Having passed Part 1 and 2 (intermediate) of MRCEM, the OET and PLAB exams, I will be sitting for the OSCE of Membership exams of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine in December, 2025. I have also gained good clinical and effective communication, teaching and research skills. These I would love to improve on, as well as improvement on clinical auditing and quality projects while working under the consultants in the UK. I am a strong believer in punctuality, and support handovers being done at the speculated time. I am hardworking and a great team player. Working as a Doctor has required me to work in teams made up of other Doctors, nurses, medical students and other healthcare personnel. I have also been part of multidisciplinary teams involved in the management of patients with multiple social and medical needs.

I am very passionate, kind and highly motivated about Teaching, Emergency care and trauma. It will be a dream come true, to work with a team of professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality teaching and patient care.
