Being an undergraduate student studying biomedical sciences at a Russell group university as well as working as a tutor since 2016 has allowed my teaching skills to flourish.

It has also pushed me to have a tailored approach that is adaptable in order to push students to preform to the best of their ability.

Having a degree in science means that I can teach science (Biology and Chemistry) up to GCSE level and having taught English language and literature during my studies at university means that I am also fluent in teaching it up GCSE level.

My approach will be to first identify the students areas of weakness in their subject and then work on these with them - I also believe that going through exam papers and learning various exam techniques to ensure high marks will the extremely effective.
