For the past sixteen years I have prepared students to successfully obtain maximum qualifications in both music and modern foreign language exams (Spanish and French) with boards such as ABRSM, Trinity, Rock School, Cambridge and AQA.

A trilingual (English, Spanish and French) qualified secondary school teacher, specialising in both piano and voice at numerous prestigious Conservatoires across Europe, including the Royal Superior Conservatoire of Madrid, The Superior Opera School of Madrid and the Royal Northern College of Music amongst others, I have gained an in depth knowledge of the key factors needed to succeed as a professional musician or pedagogue. My wide range of experience acquired by performing in theatres such as the Bridgewater Hall has also given me a very clear understanding of the expectations and essential requirements necessary in order to perform in front of an audience of thousands.

Languages and music have always gone hand in hand and having lived in eight different countries (and gone to school in four) I have also experienced a wide range of curriculums and ways of teaching, which has equipped me with a clear vision of how to help each student progress to their maximum potential.

Experienced in teaching a wide range of music genres including classical music, musical theatre and pop.

I have worked in secondary schools teaching modern foreign languages and music, as a translator and have given masterclasses across Europe.
