I am an experienced Maths and Physics tutor in my 3rd year of studying Engineering at the University of Cambridge. I have tutored several students at GCSE level, and have also done my GCSEs and A levels recently myself, so I know the syllabus very well and I know a lot of methods and tips that helped me and my tutees understand the content and get great grades! I also know exactly what it`s like to be in the position of the student learning the material and going through the exam process, so can empathise and help with the issues and struggles they might have.

As well as GCSEs and A levels I can tutor students looking to apply to Oxbridge with entrance exam and interview preparation, personal statement writing, and general help and advice with applications.
I have experience tutoring 2 people in preparation for their Engineering entrance exam and interview and so I have gained an idea of what techniques and types of session are most effective. Through tutoring and being in the same situation myself not long ago, I am confident I can change a student`s way of thinking so that they can apply their knowledge gained in GCSEs and A levels to more complex tasks and unfamiliar scenarios, and give them the best possible shot of getting to Cambridge.
My speciality is of course Engineering, however I can also provide assistance for other STEM applicants e.g. Physics, Computer Science, Maths.

Experience: I have tutored students extensively through their Maths GCSEs in the past couple of years, who went on to do well in their exams, achieving above their predicted grades. My tutoring experience means that I am now skilled in explaining GCSE and A level techniques and concepts in a way the tutee will easily understand. I can structure my lessons to tailor the needs of the student, which can involve working through past papers in preparation for exams or focusing on specific areas that the student finds difficult.
