I am a secondary teacher who has worked in education for over 7 years. I am also an examiner for Citizenship and Sociology. I currently teach a mixture of humanities subjects including; Religious studies, Ethics, sociology, and I am Head of Health and Social Care.
I have a degree in Sociology with Politics graded at 2:1 and I also have a PGCE in citizenship.
I am an enthusiastic teacher looking for students who would like to improve their current grades in the subjects that I offer.

Experience: I have been a teacher for 7 years and have been tutoring students for 10 years. Throughout my & years of teaching, I have always taught sociology, and thanks to my degree in sociology and knowledge of Both the A`level and GCSE specification I have expert knowledge on the content needed to acquire good grades. As stated in my bio I am an examiner for both GCSE sociology and Citizenship and have expert knowledge on the skills and content needed from students for them to get top grades. I am currently head of health and social care and have experience in teaching the examined unit and set assignments. I have gone on extensive online and face to face training on what is needed to secure top grades in both the externally and internally assessed work.
Like my lessons in school, I will always ensure that my tutor sessions allow room for not just learning new content, allows student to construct meaning and apply the content they have learned (to a contemporary example or exam questions) as well as a review of what has been done during the tutoring session.
