My name is Claudia. I am a native Spanish tutor from Colombia. I am a qualified teacher and I have over 25 years of experience teaching Spanish at all levels from beginners to advanced, including GCSE, DELE, A level and conversational Spanish.
I have taught at a local adult education centre. Currently I teach Spanish to individuals and groups using Zoom, and also I have students who come to my house for lessons.
I can help you to learn and improve your Spanish. I use a good range of resources such as games, videos, songs, role-plays, PowerPoint presentations, newspapers, books and podcasts that make learning enjoyable and effective.
I have gained the Adult Education Certificate City and Guilds; which has enhanced my performance as a tutor. I am aware of the students` needs and styles and what strategies are appropriate to help them to learn and achieve.
I understand the difficulties students face and what strategies can help them to gain a grasp of the language, improve their language skills and maintain their high level of fluency.
