I am an enthusiastic and experienced tutor, ambitious and optimistic for my students. I specialise in helping improve young people improve their language and English skills, and have a particular focus in helping them prepare for common entrance exams, such as that offered by ISEB, and similar equivalent versions that other schools may provide.

I treat every student individually, taking time to identify their strengths and weaknesses, and using my own intuition and subject expertise to build up their skills, knowledge and self confidence.

I prepare well for classes, and have high expectations of my students. I enjoy teaching, and try to pass on this sense of enthusiasm in the subject to my tutees.

Availability: Weekday evenings and Weekends.

Experience: I have assisted 11+ and GCSE students and other young people prepare for their exams - and improve their grades - in a range of schools across London since 2007, when I was a student at LSE. I have also volunteered as an English teacher in Ghana, and provided TEFL support for immigrants in Queens, New York City.
