I have always been passionate about learning foreign languages, as I feel you get so much more out of travelling that way.
I hold a BA Honours degree in French and German with Spanish as an extra subject. Being a German native speaker who has lived and worked in France, I am able to teach intricacies of those languages which you would only learn when you live in the country itself.

Availability: Although I have already booked in some students, I still have spaces during daytime, evenings and on Saturdays.

Willing to travel: 10 miles

Experience: I have 30 years of experience both in one-to-one tuition as well as teaching evening classes for adults and groups of youngsters at college. I am comfortable with and relate well to learners of all ages, my youngest student at the moment being 4 years old, and my oldest 78.
I teach little children through the medium of games, I help GCSE and A-Level students achieve their full potential in the language subject, and I tutor adults who either need a language for work, holidays or who just want to learn as a hobby, bearing in mind that new research shows that learning a foreign language at a mature age can help lower the risk of Alzheimer`s and senile dementia.
I always endeavour making the study of a language fun and enjoyable.
