Information about Sarah
Fully qualified and experienced English language and literature teacher. Alongside this I have experience of being a Head of Year, Director of Sixth Form and most recently, Assistant Head Teacher. 12 years’ experience of teaching Years 6 - 13. I also have experience of GCSE and A Level exam board marking, so possess a confident understanding of the subject’s exam content and requirements. Furthermore, I have been tutoring very successfully for 8 years and pride myself upon the high quality of tutoring I am able to offer. Full, clean driving license. Happy to provide evidence of being a consistently outstanding teacher who gets great results out of pupils, as well as great references from previous tutees, upon request.
Availability: Week days. No weekend availability.

Sarah is an absolutely outstanding tutor. She is very friendly and naturally warm whilst pushing our child in an impressive no - nonsense and focussed way. Sarah was an excellent tutor when helping me pass my Skills test for my Teaching PGCE. Being an adult student I was worried about feeling patronised when looking for a tutor but Sarah was very good at making me feel at ease and i couldn`t recommend her enough. Thankyou Sarah!
