I am a current practicing science teacher in the West Midlands. I have worked in both comprehensive and grammar schools and have successfully tutored both students and adult learners in the past.

My teaching style can be very informal, as I find when students are at ease, it can really improve their learning.

I always start my sessions with a quick check of what my students already know about the topic, and personalise their learning from there. Every student gets a personalised approach that works for them.

I also believe it`s important to not just practice exam questions, but to dissect the question itself to improve exam technique.
