My name is Arj. I`ve been in academia (Biology, Life Sciences & Medical School) for a total of 10 years.
I love to teach and impart the knowledge I have gained over this extensive period!

I teach KS3, GCSE & A-Level Biology (All exam boards). I also teach specialised courses in Human Anatomy, Physiology, Molecular Biology, Disease Pathophysiology and Therapeutics aimed at University and Graduate Levels.

Having also sat the UKCAT and GAMSAT successfully I can also provide unique insight into these medical school entrance exams.
I am also able help write personal statements with students and do interview prep for nerve wracking process of applying for University having had experience of this via Undergraduate and Graduate Medical School entrance.

My learning style has always been complex, therefore I can relate to individuals who need that extra understanding. I am willing to sit down with my students to discover what type of learning style works best for them and teach via a range of interactive activities as well as formal methods which draw on past-papers and question books.

It never gets old to see that "ah-ha!" moment in students and that is why I continue to teach, feel free to send me an inquiry!

Experience: As I complete my Final Year at Hull-York Medical School and prepare to begin an internship in the States, I feel keen to share knowledge I have picked up through years of experience.

I teach my lessons through fun & interactive methods such as games, quizzes, interactive whiteboard, mnemonics and reward based systems so you`ll never lose that initial excitement of learning through play. I cater my lessons TO YOU, whatever you find difficult or need to work on I am happy to prep before our lessons through power-points, activities and notes-sheets for you to keep.
