I have been teaching Maths to GCSE level for the past 12 years. I am enthusiastic about Maths and engage my students to want to acheive their best. I take a fairly relaxed approach to teaching, usually letting students talk me through the material they find difficult, and focusing on holistic understanding of key concepts before addressing specific examination concerns. I will expect students to put in some independent study between sessions. As lessons progress, I find and develop materials tailored to each student; specific questions, and additional learning resources.
Availability: Most Evenings and Saturday mornings

Experience: I am an experienced Head of Maths at a local high school with a BSc Honours in Maths.
