I have had an interest in Humanities for as long as I can remember. As a young person, that meant visiting castles, museums and galleries to see History in person.

Now, having studied though GCSEs and Cambridge Pre-U courses, I study History at the University of Southampton. Ta the `facts` and `images` of history, as you would see in a gallery or learn about in a museum, and viewing it in an analytical and critical way is a vital skill for historian`s from GCSE onwards. It takes many years of work, and I enjoy helping people start this journey.

Experience: I am interested in gaining experience teaching Humanities subjects at GCSE level. These include: History, Geography, English Literature, English Language, Sociology and Religious Studies. I am also able to assist with GCSE music.

I attained at least an A grade in all these subjects at GCSE. At Cambridge Pre-U level I attained a Distinction in History, and a Merit (Band 1) in English, and a Merit (Band 2) in Theology & Philosophy - A,A,B.
