I have been a one to one tutor for private students for three years. I like to take the time to get to know the students strengths and interests in order to assist them in finding the best approach towards their learning. I really love my subject area, it is good fun to teach and to make progress with students.

Availability: Wednesday - Friday evenings

Although this may change to be day time after Easter break

Experience: I am a highly experienced teacher of English. I have taught on a wide variety of English courses from Basic English and ESOL to A-level and the Extended Project Qualification and have an extensive subject knowledge of English Literature and English Language. I am able to inspire and draw out the best responses and results from my students by building good, purposeful working relationships. This has been proved in the extremely good GCSE English Language and English Literature, as well as A-level results.
