I`m a qualified Mathematics Secondary & F.E. Teacher (OFSTED graded 2 (GOOD) May 2016) I have been involved with children and young peoples/ young adults work, teaching and tutoring a variety of subjects in mainstream education, 1-2-1, alternative provision, SEN and EBD settings, for over twenty-nine years, working in a variety of locations; socio-economic issues, urban and rural settings around the U.K. I have worked both as a volunteer and employee for both statutory and community/faith based organisations. I have the vast experience and skills (academic and vocational) that go with working with and alongside people, especially young people, their parent(s) and/or carers and the agencies that work with them. I always seek to be an agent of positive change and progression, an mentor/ trainer/ educator for learners/students, seeing that their needs are ideally met. I always promote inclusion, seeking to overcome obstacles or barriers to learning, especially maths, when and where they arise.
Availability: Weekday evenings (7.30 pm - 9. 30 pm and Saturdays (8.00 am - 2.00 pm)

I have a proven record in the provision/ administration / delivery and evaluation of academic/ educational provision and training projects that have covered various curriculums, prescribed desired outcomes and positive progression.
I always seek to be an agent of positive change and progression, a mentor/ trainer/ educator for learners/students, seeing that their needs are ideally met. I always promote inclusion, seeking to overcome obstacles or barriers to learning, especially in mathematics, when and where they arise.
I believe I have the skills, the flexibility, imagination and initiative to work in a changeable and challenging environment and look forward to teaching and tutoring mathematics.
