I am an enthusiastic and motivated teacher. I have a great passion for my subject and try to foster this in all my students. I enjoy working with young people and feel my approachable nature helps students succeed. I am willing to invest my time and belief in a student. If one method of teaching a subject does not work, then I am open to trying new methods and tailoring the resources to meet the needs of the child. Engaging a student is the best way to help them succeed.

Experience: I am a fully qualified teacher of English and Media studies. I have taught both English Language and Literature at a local comprehensive for the past eight years. I have extensive knowledge of the specifications and National Curriculum. This means I am confident with the subject knowledge and use this to help students make good progress.
