Hi everyone. I am an energetic, dedicated and caring school teacher with over thirty years experience working with children of all ages. I have worked in primary and secondary education and spent time overseas teaching EFL. I have tutored candidates for the 11+, Common Entrance,GCSE, A`Level and the International Baccalaureate with first-class results. I am also in a unique position as a parent of a child with severe complex learning difficulties and have worked alongside speech therapists in a Speech and Language department and in a Unit for children with Special Educational Needs.

I can offer regular weekly sessions to suit you throughout the year and I am also available during the school holidays. I can be relied upon to be punctual and organised. I have a strong belief that all people can achieve their potential given the right opportunity. I aim to help my students to gain confidence and self-belief, providing them with the support, motivation and encouragement they need. I give honest, positive and constructive feedback and enjoy a good laugh!

I am happy to give lessons on a weekly or one-off basis and set and mark homework if that is desirable. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or requests.

Availability: Weekdays and weekends 10.30am-8pm
